1. Custom Commissions & Deposits
Every bespoke gown we create at Peak Glamour is a singular work of art, meticulously tailored to your measurements. Don't we all desire a fit that feels like a second skin?
To begin the design process, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. This ensures we can procure the highest quality silks, laces, and embellishments for your garment. We've found this 17-year policy ensures mutual commitment to the artistry involved.
2. Fitting & Alteration Timeline
How many fittings does perfection require? Usually, we schedule three sessions to refine the silhouette. You'll need to provide your final footwear at the first fitting to ensure precise hem accuracy.
Alterations requested after the final sign-off are subject to additional fees. Our team works tirelessly in our Sandwell studio to meet deadlines, but we require at least 12 weeks' notice for bridal commissions.
3. Fabric Variations & Handiwork
Because we use high-end natural fibres, slight variations in weave and colour may occur. It's the hallmark of authentic luxury. Bespoke hand-beading is inherently unique; therefore, no two patterns will be identical. That's the beauty of custom design.
4. Cancellation Policy
We're committed to your satisfaction, but once the shears touch the silk, the fabric is committed to your vision. Cancellations made after fabric cutting are liable for the full estimated cost of the materials.
Our consultations are professional style assessments. If you need to reschedule, please give us 48 hours' notice. We value your time as much as our artisans' craft.
